Matt’s passion and enthusiasm for fitness began in his teens - he has turned that passion and enthusiasm into a career helping others achieve their goals.

Specialising in Calisthenics - a style of strength training that favours using your own bodyweight as resistance - he firmly believes that you don’t need fancy equipment to achieve your fitness goals. During the pandemic, Matt used just paralettes, kettlebells, resistance bands and a tree!

Matt is a Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA Certified), and a qualified Suspension, Kettlebell & Circuit instructor.
